By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditionsWhat I will draw:
-original characters
-fanart
-mild gore
-suggestive themes
-NSFW
-ships
What I won't draw:
-mecha
-furry (animal ears are ok)
-loli/shotacon, incest
-extreme gore
-real peopleif you're unsure or you'd like something I haven't listed here, feel free to ask me about it!Please keep in mind that I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Payment and prices:
Payments are done upfront, through PayPal.
Prices are in euros, they’re not negotiable.
The prices listed are my base prices, depending on the complexity of the subject matter, I might charge an extra fee (i.e. armor, very detailed outfits etc.)
I won't accept refund requests after I've started on your piece.Process:
Fill out my commission form with details about what you want commissioned, along with clear references.
Please include:

I’ll send you a thumbnail/rough sketch for approval. At this point you can request major or minor changes.
After you’ve approved the first draft you can no longer request major changes without a fee. You can still request minor changes but keep in mind, with traditional work there’s less room for changes than digital. I will send you progress pictures.
I’ll provide you with a high-resolution version of the finished piece.
Turnaround times might be slow depending on the subject matter and my real-life situation, your commission can take up to 2 months to be completed. Thank you for your patience!Rights and reposting:
I reserve all rights to my artwork and may use it for promotional purposes and display/post it anywhere.
You are allowed to be repost the commissioned art on other sites with proper credit, such as a link to my social media. Reposting without credit is not allowed.
My commissions are for personal use only, editing/altering the image and any type of commercial redistribution of my art is strictly forbidden, including AI training, NFT-s or any blockchain related projects.
My watermark is not to be removed.Cancellation and refunds:
I have every right to cancel and refund your commission at any time. You have no right to chargeback or demand a refund once I have started working on your commission. You are allowed to cancel if the money hasn't been sent yet or I haven't started working on your commission yet.
